Ingredients

  • 1 pound chipped ham
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 hamburger buns

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat the chipped ham over medium heat until heated through.

  2. In a separate bowl, combine the barbecue sauce, ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, yellow mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.

  3. Pour the sauce over the chipped ham and stir to coat. Simmer for 10-15 minutes, until the sauce thickens slightly.

  4. Toast the hamburger buns if desired.

  5. Serve the chipped ham barbecue on the hamburger buns.
