Level up your party spread with this flavorful beef cheese ball, made with chopped dried beef, cream cheese, and cheddar cheese, for a tasty appetizer.

  • 8ozcream cheese,(2 packages) softened
  • 5ozdried beef,chopped, divided
  • 5green onions,chopped, divided
  • 1cupcheddar cheese,shredded
  • 1tbspworcestershire sauce
  • ½tspgarlic powder
  • ¼tspsalt


  1. In a large bowl, add the cream cheese, chipped beef (reserving about ¼ cup), green onions, cheddar cheese, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and salt. Mix together until incorporated.

  2. Roll into a ball and wrap in plastic. Chill for at least 1 hour or until firm.

  3. Unroll the cheese ball from the plastic wrap and roll in reserved chipped beef and green onions.

  4. Serve with crackers.
