How To Make Green Bell Pepper and Shrimp Kabobs

Grilled skewers with juicy shrimp and colorful bell peppers.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 green bell peppers, cut into chunks
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes.
  2. Thread shrimp and bell pepper onto skewers.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Brush the mixture over the skewers.
  5. Grill over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes on each side or until shrimp is cooked through.
