How To Make Honey Garlic Ribs Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 racks of baby back ribs
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 275°F (135°C).

  2. Place the ribs on a baking sheet lined with foil and season with salt and pepper.

  3. Cover the ribs tightly with foil and bake for 2 hours, or until tender.

  4. In a medium saucepan, combine honey, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, black pepper, and water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.

  5. Remove the ribs from the oven and brush them with the honey garlic sauce.

  6. Increase the oven temperature to 425°F (220°C) and return the ribs to the oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the sauce is sticky and caramelized.

  7. Remove the ribs from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
