How To Make Lamb Ribs with Honey and Wine

Ingredients
- 2 racks of lamb ribs
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup red wine
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).

In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, red wine, minced garlic, dried rosemary, salt, and black pepper.

Place the lamb ribs in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Make sure to coat the ribs evenly.

Cover the dish with plastic wrap and let the ribs marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

Remove the ribs from the marinade and place them on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.

Bake the ribs in the preheated oven for 2 hours, or until they are tender and the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).

Halfway through the cooking time, brush the ribs with the remaining marinade.

Once cooked, remove the ribs from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
