How To Make Zucchini Apple Bread

Ingredients
- 2 cups grated zucchini
- 1 cup diced apple
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×5 inch loaf pan.

In a large bowl, mix together the grated zucchini, diced apple, vegetable oil, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.

Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.

Bake for 60-70 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Remove from the oven and allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
