How To Make Grilled Chicken Marinade Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, honey, garlic, oregano, and black pepper.

  2. Place chicken breasts in a resealable bag and pour the marinade over them. Close the bag and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

  4. Remove chicken from marinade and discard the marinade.

  5. Grill chicken breasts for about 6 minutes per side, or until cooked through and juices run clear.

  6. Remove from grill and let rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
