  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

  2. In a small bowl, combine the minced garlic, chopped herbs, black pepper, salt, and olive oil to make a paste.

  3. Rub the herb-garlic-pepper paste all over the beef tenderloin, ensuring it is evenly coated.

  4. Place the tenderloin on the preheated grill and cook for about 5-7 minutes per side for medium-rare, or adjust cooking time to your desired level of doneness.

  5. Once cooked, remove the tenderloin from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.

  6. Slice the grilled beef tenderloin into thick slices and serve hot.
