Ingredients
- 4 beef tenderloin steaks, about 6 oz each
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper

Preheat oven to 375°F.

In a bowl, mix together minced garlic, chopped thyme, chopped rosemary, salt, and pepper.

Rub the mixture all over the beef tenderloin steaks.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
