How To Make Cajun Pork Fillet & Beer Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 pork fillets
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup beer
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp butter
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions

Season the pork fillets with Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork fillets and cook until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes.

Remove the pork fillets from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Cook until softened, about 3 minutes.

Pour in the beer, chicken broth, and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes, until the sauce has reduced slightly.

Return the pork fillets to the skillet and cook for an additional 10 minutes, or until cooked through.

Remove the pork fillets from the skillet and set aside to rest.

Stir in the butter to the sauce until melted and well combined.

Serve the pork fillets with the beer sauce, garnished with fresh parsley.
