How To Make Ham Loaf

Ingredients
- 1 ½ pounds ground ham
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup ketchup
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large bowl, combine the ground ham, breadcrumbs, 1/2 cup milk, ketchup, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and beaten eggs. Mix well until everything is evenly combined.

Transfer the mixture into a greased loaf pan and press it down evenly.

In a small bowl, mix together 1/2 cup milk and 1/2 cup ketchup. Pour the mixture over the top of the ham loaf.

Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour 30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).

Allow the ham loaf to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
