  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Place the fish fillets in a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil.

  3. Squeeze the juice of half a lemon over the fillets, and sprinkle with minced garlic, dried herbs, salt, and pepper.

  4. Top each fillet with a lemon slice.

  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
