Ingredients

  • 4 slices of bread
  • 2 ripe avocados, mashed
  • 4 eggs
  • Salt and pepper
  • Butter, for toasting bread

Instructions

  1. Toast bread until golden brown and spread mashed avocado on each slice.

  2. In a non-stick pan, fry eggs to desired preference.

  3. Place a fried egg on top of each slice of toast with avocado, and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

  4. Serve warm.
