How To Make Baked Egg in Mushroom Caps

Ingredients

  • 4 large mushroom caps
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. Remove stems from mushroom caps and discard. Place the caps in a baking dish.

  3. Crack one egg into each mushroom cap.

  4. Season eggs with salt and pepper.

  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until yolks are set to your liking.

  6. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve.
