How To Make Baked Egg in Mushroom Caps

Ingredients
- 4 large mushroom caps
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Remove stems from mushroom caps and discard. Place the caps in a baking dish.

Crack one egg into each mushroom cap.

Season eggs with salt and pepper.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, until yolks are set to your liking.
