How To Make Clove and Nutmeg Rice Pudding Recipe
Creamy rice pudding flavored with aromatic clove and nutmeg.

Ingredients
- 1 cup of white rice
- 1 1/2 cup of water
- 1 1/2 cup of milk
- 1/4 cup of sugar
- 1/2 tsp of ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp of ground cloves
- A pinch of salt
Instructions

Rinse the rice in a fine-mesh sieve and drain.

In a pot, combine the rice, water, and salt. Bring it to a boil, then cover it and reduce the heat to low. Cook for 18-20 minutes, or until the rice is tender and the water has been absorbed.

Add in the milk, sugar, and ground spices. Cook on medium heat for 10-15 minutes, or until the mixture has thickened and the flavors have melded together.

Remove the pot from the heat and let it stand for 5 minutes before serving.
