How To Make Instant Pot Rice Pudding

Creamy and comforting rice pudding made easily in the Instant Pot.

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 1 cup short-grain white rice
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Rinse rice and drain. Place in Instant Pot with water, condensed milk, raisins, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt.

  2. Select the manual setting and set to cook for 20 minutes.

  3. After cooking, allow Instant Pot to release pressure naturally for 10 minutes then quick release the remaining pressure.

  4. Stir in heavy cream and serve warm or chilled.
