How To Make Clove and Chocolate Bread Pudding
A decadent dessert made with bread soaked in a custard mixture infused with cloves and chocolate chunks.

Ingredients
- 4 cups of cubed bread
- 2 cups of milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup of brown sugar
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 1 tsp of ground cloves
- 1/2 cup of chocolate chunks
- 1/4 cup of melted butter
- Whipped cream (Optional)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F.

In a bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and ground cloves.

Add cubed bread and chocolate chunks to the mixture and stir until combined.

Pour melted butter over the bread mixture and stir again.

Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the pudding is set.

Serve warm with whipped cream if desired.
