How To Make Anise and Cinnamon Granola
A crunchy and delicious granola with the flavors of anise and cinnamon.

Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup chopped almonds
- 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp ground anise seeds
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions

Preheat oven to 300°F.

In a large mixing bowl, combine oats, almonds, coconut flakes, cinnamon, anise, and salt.

In a small mixing bowl, whisk together maple syrup and melted coconut oil.

Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until evenly coated.

Spread the mixture in an even layer on a baking sheet.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown.
