How To Make Tarragon and Orange Glazed Chicken
Succulent chicken breasts glazed with a tangy tarragon and orange sauce.

Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh tarragon
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.

In an oven-proof skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until golden brown, about 5 minutes each side.

Meanwhile, whisk together orange juice, honey, mustard, and tarragon in a small bowl.

Pour the glaze over the chicken and transfer the skillet to the oven.

Bake for 15-20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.

Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
