How To Make Tarragon and Orange Glazed Chicken

Succulent chicken breasts glazed with a tangy tarragon and orange sauce.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh tarragon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.

  3. In an oven-proof skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until golden brown, about 5 minutes each side.

  4. Meanwhile, whisk together orange juice, honey, mustard, and tarragon in a small bowl.

  5. Pour the glaze over the chicken and transfer the skillet to the oven.

  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.

  7. Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
