How To Make Oregano and Sun-Dried Tomato Focaccia Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp instant yeast
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tbsp dried oregano
- 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.

Add the warm water and olive oil and mix until a dough forms.

Knead the dough for 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.

Cover the dough and let it rise for 1 hour until doubled in size.

Preheat the oven to 400°F.
