Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp instant yeast
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup warm water
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tbsp dried oregano
  • 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.

  2. Add the warm water and olive oil and mix until a dough forms.

  3. Knead the dough for 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.

  4. Cover the dough and let it rise for 1 hour until doubled in size.

  5. Preheat the oven to 400°F.

  6. Roll out the dough into a rectangle and place on a baking sheet.

  7. Brush the top of the dough with olive oil and sprinkle with oregano and sun-dried tomatoes.

  8. Bake for 25 minutes until golden brown.

  9. Serve warm.
