How To Make Lemongrass Chicken Recipe
A flavorful and aromatic chicken dish infused with lemongrass, perfect for an easy weeknight dinner.

Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 2 lemongrass stalks, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, minced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- Juice of 1 lime
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp oil, for cooking
Instructions

In a large bowl, whisk together lemongrass, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, fish sauce, honey, sesame oil, red pepper flakes, lime juice, salt, and pepper.

Add chicken breast to the bowl and coat well with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight.

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken breasts and cook for 6-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked.

Serve hot with rice and steamed veggies.
