How To Make Lemongrass and Basil Chicken Skewers Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 lemongrass stalks, outer layers removed and chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 8 wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes

In a large bowl, combine the chicken, lemongrass, basil, garlic, soy sauce, honey, vegetable oil, salt, and pepper. Stir well to ensure that the chicken pieces are well coated with the mixture.

Thread the chicken pieces onto the soaked wooden skewers and place them on a preheated grill or grill pan.
