  • 1 tbsp. honey
  • 2 bay leaves, crushed

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. In a large bowl, mix together carrots, olive oil, honey, bay leaves, salt, and pepper.

  3. Spread the mixture out on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes, or until the carrots are tender and golden brown.

  4. Serve hot.
