How To Make Bay Leaf and Lemon Roasted Chicken Recipe
The flavors of bay leaf and lemon are infused into this delicious roasted chicken.

Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken, about 4 pounds
- 4 bay leaves
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1/2 tsp of black pepper
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Rinse and pat dry the chicken.

In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, chopped garlic, salt, and black pepper.

Rub the chicken with the olive oil mixture.

Place the bay leaves and lemon slices inside the chicken cavity.

Place the chicken on a roasting pan, breast side up.

Roast the chicken for 1 hour and 30 minutes, or until the thickest part of the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
