How To Make Whole Wheat Croutons Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 slices of whole wheat bread, cubed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. In a large bowl, mix together the cubed bread, olive oil, garlic powder, dried basil, salt and pepper.

  3. Spread the bread cubes evenly on a baking sheet.

  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the croutons are crunchy and golden brown.

  5. Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before using.
