How To Make White Bean, Parsley & Garlic Mash
A creamy and flavorful side dish made with white beans, fresh parsley, and garlic.

Ingredients
- 2 cans of white beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup of fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a large saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat.

Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.

Add the white beans and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Mash the beans with a potato masher or fork until desired consistency.

Stir in the chopped parsley and season with salt and pepper.

Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until heated through.

Serve hot as a side dish.
