White Bean, Parsley & Garlic Mash Recipe

How To Make White Bean, Parsley & Garlic Mash

A creamy and flavorful side dish made with white beans, fresh parsley, and garlic.

Ingredients

  • 2 cans of white beans, drained and rinsed
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup of fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat.

  2. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.

  3. Add the white beans and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  4. Mash the beans with a potato masher or fork until desired consistency.

  5. Stir in the chopped parsley and season with salt and pepper.

  6. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until heated through.

  7. Serve hot as a side dish.
