How To Make Spinach & Ricotta Cannelloni

Ingredients
- 8 cannelloni tubes
- 2 cups of spinach, chopped
- 1 cup of ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon of dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon of dried basil
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 1/2 cups of marinara sauce
- 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cook the cannelloni tubes according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Stuff each cannelloni tube with the spinach and ricotta mixture.

Spread a layer of marinara sauce in the bottom of a baking dish.

Arrange the stuffed cannelloni tubes in the baking dish.

Pour the remaining marinara sauce over the cannelloni.

Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top.

Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.

Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
