A delicious and healthy pizza crust alternative that is low in carbs and perfect for vegetarians.

Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup of grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp of dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp of garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. Cut the cauliflower into small florets and pulse in a food processor until it becomes a fine rice-like texture.

  3. Transfer the cauliflower to a microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 5 minutes.

  4. Let the cauliflower cool for a few minutes then transfer to a cheesecloth or kitchen towel. Squeeze out as much water as possible.

  5. Combine the cauliflower, eggs, parmesan cheese, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.

  6. Mix until a dough forms.

  7. Place the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and shape it into a circle or rectangle.

  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.

  9. Add your desired toppings and return to the oven for an additional 10 minutes.

  10. Slice and serve.
