How To Make Vegetarian Low Carb Cauliflower Pizza Crust Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 head of cauliflower
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup of grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp of dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp of garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Cut the cauliflower into small florets and pulse in a food processor until it becomes a fine rice-like texture.

Transfer the cauliflower to a microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 5 minutes.

Let the cauliflower cool for a few minutes then transfer to a cheesecloth or kitchen towel. Squeeze out as much water as possible.
