Instructions

  2. In another bowl, whisk together milk, vanilla extract, egg, and vegetable oil.

  3. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and whisk until batter is smooth.

  4. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.

  5. Pour 1/4 cup batter onto the pan and cook until bubbles form on the surface.

  6. Flip the pancake and cook until golden brown on both sides.

  7. Repeat until the batter is finished.
