How To Make Squash, Feta & Pine Nut Tart

Ingredients
- 1 sheet of puff pastry, thawed
- 1 small butternut squash, peeled and thinly sliced
- 200g feta cheese, crumbled
- 50g pine nuts
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Roll out the puff pastry and place it onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

In a bowl, toss the thinly sliced butternut squash with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Arrange the slices evenly over the pastry.

Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese over the squash, followed by the pine nuts.

Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, or until the pastry is golden and the squash is tender.

Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
