How To Make Spinach Ball Lasagne

Ingredients
- 9 lasagne sheets
- 2 cups of spinach, chopped
- 1 cup of ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon of dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- 2 cups of marinara sauce
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

Cook the lasagne sheets according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, minced garlic, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Roll the spinach mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.

Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of the greased baking dish.

Place a layer of cooked lasagne sheets on top of the sauce.

Arrange the spinach balls evenly over the lasagne sheets.

Top the spinach balls with another layer of marinara sauce.

Repeat steps 6-8 until all the ingredients are used, ending with a layer of marinara sauce on top.

Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.

Remove the foil and sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on top. Bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
