Ingredients

  • 4 tortillas
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat a skillet over medium heat.

  2. In a small bowl, combine the chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

  3. Brush one side of each tortilla with olive oil.

  4. Sprinkle the spice mixture evenly over the oiled side of each tortilla.

  5. Place the tortillas, spiced side down, in the preheated skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until crispy and golden brown.

  6. Flip the tortillas and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes on the other side.

  7. Remove from the skillet and cut into triangles.

  8. Serve hot.
