How To Make Silvana’s Mediterranean & basil pasta

Ingredients
- 8 oz of spaghetti
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 pint of cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup of pitted kalamata olives, sliced
- 1/4 cup of capers
- 1/4 cup of fresh basil, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese for serving
Instructions

Cook spaghetti according to package instructions.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.

Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Add cherry tomatoes, olives, and capers to the skillet. Cook until tomatoes are slightly softened.

Drain cooked spaghetti and add to the skillet. Toss well to coat with the sauce.

Stir in fresh basil and season with salt and pepper.

Serve hot, sprinkled with grated Parmesan cheese.
