How To Make Shredded Sprouts Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, shredded
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.

  2. Add shredded Brussels sprouts to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, until they start to soften.

  3. Add sliced almonds and dried cranberries to the skillet and continue to cook for another 3-5 minutes, until sprouts are tender but still slightly crispy.

  4. Remove from heat and serve hot as a side dish or a light main course.
