How To Make Roasted Sprout Gratin with Bacon-Cheese Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 4 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Place the Brussels sprouts in a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.

Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the sprouts are tender and slightly browned.

While the sprouts are roasting, prepare the bacon-cheese sauce. In a saucepan, cook the minced garlic until fragrant.

Add the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Gradually whisk in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and smooth.

Stir in the crumbled bacon and season with salt and pepper.

Pour the bacon-cheese sauce over the roasted Brussels sprouts.

Return the dish to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the sauce is bubbly and golden brown.
