How To Make Rosemary, Garlic & Chilli Popcorn

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup popcorn kernels
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp dried rosemary
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- Salt, to taste
Instructions

In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

Add the minced garlic, dried rosemary, and chili flakes. Cook for about 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.

Add the popcorn kernels to the pot, and cover with a lid.

Shake the pot gently to coat the kernels with the flavored oil. Continue shaking occasionally to prevent burning.

Once the popcorn starts popping, lower the heat and shake the pot occasionally until the popping slows down. Remove from heat once the popping stops.

Season with salt to taste, and toss to combine.

Transfer the popcorn to a serving bowl and enjoy!
