How To Make Barbecued Thai Chicken

Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup fish sauce
- 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions

In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, fish sauce, sriracha sauce, honey, lime juice, minced garlic, and grated ginger.

Place the chicken breasts in a ziplock bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the excess marinade.

Grill the chicken for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Baste with the reserved marinade while grilling.

Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
