Ingredients

  • 1 cup crushed cookies
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups fresh cherries
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the crushed cookies and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottoms of serving glasses to form the crust.

  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the orange juice, heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract until well combined.

  3. Pour the orange cream mixture over the cookie crust in the glasses.

  4. Place the glasses in the refrigerator and chill for at least 1 hour.

  5. In a small saucepan, heat the fresh cherries and powdered sugar over low heat until the cherries soften and release their juices.

  6. Remove the glasses from the refrigerator and top each with the warm cherry mixture.

  7. Serve the orange crunch creams with warm cherries immediately.
