How To Make Cherries in Rosé Wine & Vanilla Syrup

- 2 cups of cherries, pitted
- 1 cup of rosé wine
- 1/2 cup of water
- 1/2 cup of granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Instructions

In a saucepan, combine the rosé wine, water, sugar, and vanilla extract. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.

Add the cherries to the saucepan and bring the mixture to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for 5 minutes.

Remove the saucepan from the heat and let the cherries cool in the syrup.

Transfer the cherries and syrup to a serving dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.

Serve the cherries in wine glasses or bowls, garnished with a sprig of mint if desired.
