How To Make Olive, Cauliflower & Harissa Pasta

Ingredients
- 8 ounces pasta
- 1 small head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 small onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup harissa sauce
- 1/2 cup kalamata olives, pitted and chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, and sauté until softened.

Add the cauliflower florets to the skillet and cook until slightly browned and tender, about 10 minutes.

Stir in the harissa sauce and olives, and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss well to combine. Cook for another 2-3 minutes to heat through.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve the pasta hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
