How To Make Mushroom Butter on Toast

Ingredients
- 8 slices of bread
- 2 cups of sliced mushrooms
- 4 tbsp of butter
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions

Preheat a skillet over medium heat and melt 2 tablespoons of butter.

Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add the sliced mushrooms to the skillet and sauté for about 5 minutes until they have softened and released their juices.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

In a separate pan, melt the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter and toast the bread slices until golden brown.

Place the toasted bread on serving plates and top each slice with a generous amount of the mushroom mixture.

Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
