How To Make Miso Noodles with Fried Eggs

Ingredients
- 8 ounces of miso noodles
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 4 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons of white miso paste
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds
Instructions

Cook the miso noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Crack the eggs into the skillet and fry until the whites are set but the yolks are still runny, about 3 minutes.

In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce and white miso paste until well combined.

Add the cooked noodles to the skillet with the eggs and pour the miso sauce over them.

Toss everything together until the noodles are well coated in the sauce and heated through.

Divide the noodles among 4 plates and top each portion with a fried egg.

Sprinkle with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
