How To Make Goat’s Cheese & Chorizo Omelette

Ingredients
- 6 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup crumbled goat’s cheese
- 1/2 cup diced chorizo sausage
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Instructions

In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the chorizo and cook until crispy, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the egg mixture. Cook for 1-2 minutes until the edges start to set.

Sprinkle the goat’s cheese and cooked chorizo evenly over the omelette. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, or until the eggs are set.

Using a spatula, fold the omelette in half and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
