How To Make Easy Yogurt Flatbreads

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.

Add the yogurt, water, and olive oil to the bowl and mix until a dough forms.

Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead for about 5 minutes, until smooth.

Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and roll each portion into a thin circle.

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and cook the flatbreads, one at a time, for about 2 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through.
