Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.

  2. Add the yogurt, water, and olive oil to the bowl and mix until a dough forms.

  3. Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead for about 5 minutes, until smooth.

  4. Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and roll each portion into a thin circle.

  5. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and cook the flatbreads, one at a time, for about 2 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through.

  6. Serve warm and enjoy!
