How To Make Charred Onion & Whipped Feta Flatbreads

- 4 flatbreads
- 2 medium red onions, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 8 ounces feta cheese
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions

Preheat your grill or a grill pan over medium heat.

Brush the sliced onions with olive oil and grill for about 10 minutes, until softened and slightly charred. Set aside.

In a mixing bowl, combine the feta cheese, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and black pepper. Using an electric mixer, whip the mixture until smooth and fluffy.

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet and spread a generous amount of the whipped feta onto each one.

Top the flatbreads with the grilled onions.
