How To Make Cranberry Jello Salad Recipe

A sweet and tangy gelatin salad with cranberries and pineapple.

Preparation: 15 minutes
Cooking: 5 minutes
Total: 4 hours and 20 minutes (including chilling time)

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cranberries
  • 1 can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 2 packages raspberry Jello
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 cup cold cranberry juice

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, pulse cranberries until roughly chopped.

  2. In a large bowl, mix together cranberries and drained pineapple.

  3. In a separate bowl, dissolve both packets of Jello in boiling water.

  4. Add cold water and cranberry juice to the Jello mixture, stirring to combine.

  5. Pour Jello mixture over the fruit in the large bowl, stirring to combine.

  6. Pour mixture into a Jello mold or serving dish.

  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set.

  8. To serve, run a knife around the edges of the mold or dish to loosen the Jello, then invert onto a plate.
