  • 1 pre-made tart crust
  • 2 large tomatoes
  • 1 cup curd cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Roll out the tart crust and press it into a tart pan. Trim any excess dough.

  3. Cut the tomatoes into thin slices and pat them dry with a paper towel.

  4. In a small bowl, mix the curd cheese, olive oil, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.

  5. Spread the curd cheese mixture evenly over the tart crust.

  6. Arrange the tomato slices on top of the curd cheese mixture.

  7. Bake the tart in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the tomatoes are soft.

  8. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
