- 1 pre-made tart crust
- 2 large tomatoes
- 1 cup curd cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste

Roll out the tart crust and press it into a tart pan. Trim any excess dough.
