- 2 red bell peppers, diced
- 4 tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
- 1 jalapeno, seeded and minced
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 lime, juiced
- Salt and pepper, to taste

In a medium bowl, combine diced red bell peppers, tomatoes, red onion, jalapeno, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
