  • 2 red bell peppers, diced
  • 4 tomatoes, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 jalapeno, seeded and minced
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine diced red bell peppers, tomatoes, red onion, jalapeno, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper.

  2. Stir well to combine all ingredients.

  3. Allow the salsa to sit for at least 10 minutes to allow flavors to meld together.

  4. Serve with tortilla chips or as a topping for tacos.
