How To Make Celery ‘String’ Blue Cheese & Walnut Salad

Ingredients
- 4 stalks of celery
- 1 cup of blue cheese, crumbled
- 1 cup of walnuts, chopped
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Wash and trim the celery stalks, then use a vegetable peeler to create thin “strings” from each stalk. Place in a large bowl.

Add the blue cheese and walnuts to the bowl with the celery.

In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Drizzle over the salad and toss to combine.
