How To Make Cauliflower Curry

Ingredients
- 1 medium cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes, pureed
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp oil
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
Instructions

Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Let them splutter.

Add onion, garlic, and ginger. Saute until onions turn golden brown.

Add tomato puree, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook until the oil separates.

Add cauliflower florets and mix well to coat them with the spice mixture.

Cover the pan and cook on medium heat for about 15 minutes or until the cauliflower is tender.

Sprinkle garam masala and stir gently.

Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot with rice or naan.
